Peanut Mint Cilantro Chutney

Skinless peanuts, Mint, Cilantro, Freshly grated coconut, Green chilies, Mustard seeds.

1. Roast skinless peanuts till they are golden brown.
2. Grind the peanuts with 2 bunches of mint, 1 big bunch of coriander, green chillies and a little bit of fresh coconut.
3. Garnish with mustard seeds tempered in a little oil.
