TOP ROW (right to left accompaniments to the main course):

Thakkali Vengayam Pachadi (Tomato & Onion raita), Kosamiri (Soaked Moong Dal+Veggies Salad), Kotthavaranga Green Vegetable (Cluster beans with coconut), Keerai porichakootu (Spinach curry with lentils and ground coconut masala), Urulai roast (Spicy potato vegetable), Olan (pumpkin & black eyed peas coconut milk curry).

MIDDLE ROW (left to right continuing the accompaniments to main course):
Kaalan (yam and plantain tangy curry), Erissery (pumpkin & black bean curry), plain white rice with ghee & Tur dal, Thair sadam (yogurt rice with pomegranates).

BOTTOM ROW (right to left):
Jaangiri (sweet), Koththamalli sadam (cilantro and mint rice), Bissibele Huli Anna, Vadai.

IN THE STEEL CUPS: Lemon Rasam, Paal Payasam (dessert).
