In many South Indian Tamilian households, Therattipaal is a classic dessert made with milk especially during Deepavali. It is a thicker version of the North Indian Rabri. Traditionally, it is made by reducing down milk and sugar over slow heat for hours! But here is an easy microwave recipe that you can make in less than 10 minutes! Unbelievable, but true!
